Our company is China's earliest research enterprise of rice bran oil equipment, and design the contract to build the country's first full continuous rice bran level of oil production line, the rice bran extrusion process and the rice bran oil refining equipment class 1 won the national patents, our company has also developed molecular distillation technology of rice bran oil, mainly for rice bran acid value and color, through the liquid - liquid separation technology for rice bran oil refining to provide a better technical support.
Henan huatai cereals and oils technological characteristics of rice bran oil extraction machine:
1, continuous alkali refining shortens the time of oil contact with lye and reduce oil saponification, reducing smelting consumption and improve efficiency.
2, decoloring by using the combined technology of premixed and steam mixing decoloring, improve the effect of decolorization and save clay dosage, simple and convenient operation, negative state to avoid the oxygen in the air contact with the hot oil, guarantee the quality of rice bran oil, inhibits acid value, lower peroxide value.
3, using new continuous deacidification and deodorization in physical refining, applicable to vegetable oil with higher acid value and low colloid deacidification and deodorization, the actual production proves that the technology has the following obvious advantages: deacidification ability strong, good effect of heat deacidification, refining rate is high, the product quality is better.
4, henan huatai rice bran oil extraction technology use multiple heat exchange system , make full use of the heat source system, effectively reduce the steam consumption, at the same time the rice bran oil extraction process can be adjusted, flexible operation, automation, environmental health, etc.
Henan huatai corn germ oil extraction machinery has four workshops:
1. Pretreatment workshop: it is used to process raw materials into suitable condition for extraction through cleaning, stones removal, impurities removal, crushing, softening and conditioning, flaking ,drying and other processes.
2. Extraction workshop: it includes oil extraction, wet meal toasting, miscella evaporation, solvent recovery, exhaust gas recovery with paraffin and other processes.
3. Refining workshop: add hot water to remove phospholipids, decolorization (removing pigment from oil to make oil clear and transparent) through adsorption of active bleaching clay,continuous physical deacidification and deodorization.
4. Refined oil filling workshop.
