Cottonseed Pretreatment Workshop Is Mainly To Remove Impurities In Cottonseeds, Regulate Moisture And Temperature Of Cottonseed, And Break Cottonseed Into Small Particles To Change Cottonseed Molecular Structure,Etc, Which Is Good For The Following Process In Solvent Extracton Workshop. After Pretreatment, We Can Get Cottonseed Cake. Cottonseed Cake Can Go To The Following Solvent Extraction Workshop.

Cottonseed Oil Extraction Process:
Cottonseed Oil Extraction Production Line Get Crude Extraction Oil  From Cottonseed Cake Through Processing Flows Of Solvent Extracting, Mixture Oil Filtration, Wet Bran Treatment Of Dephenolizaiton And Mechanical Desolvent, And Low Temperature Drying, Evaporation, Gas Stripper To Obtain Crude Cottonseed Oil.

Cottonseed Oil Refining Machine Adopts Continuous Oil Refining Process Line Including Unique Degumming, Deacidification, Decolorization, Negative Blenching, High Vacuum Steam Ejection Deodorization,Dewaxing, Filtering And Fully Automatic Control System, Ensuring The Most Advanced Cottonseed Oil Refining Quality As Well As Environmental Protection, Energy Saving, Low Consumption Etc.


Henan huatai Cottonseed oil extraction machinery has four workshops:

1. Cottonseed pretreatment workshop: it is used to process cottonseed into suitable condition for extraction through cleaning, stones removal, impurities removal, crushing, softening and conditioning, flaking ,drying and other processes.

2. Cottonseed extraction workshop: it includes oil extraction, wet meal toasting, miscella evaporation, solvent recovery, exhaust gas recovery with paraffin and other processes.

3. Cottonseed oil refining workshop: add hot water to remove phospholipids, decolorization (removing pigment from oil to make oil clear and transparent) through adsorption of active bleaching clay,continuous physical deacidification and deodorization.

4. Cottonseed refined oil filling workshop.
