Spiral oil press is the most widely used oil press equipment in the oil market, which has a wide range of processing capacity, and can be used for pressing almost all oil such as soybean, peanut, sesame, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seed, corn, palm, etc.

Working principle: due to the propelling effect of the rotating screw shaft in the pressing chamber, the pressing material is continuously pushed forward. At the same time, due to the shortening of the screw pitch and the increase of the root circle diameter on the screw shaft, as well as the reduction of the inner diameter of the pressing chamber, the volume of the pressing chamber is continuously reduced, which has a pressing effect on the pressing material. After being compressed, the oil is squeezed out from the gap of the press cage, and the squeezed material is pressed into cakes and discharged from the end of the press chamber.
