High Efficiency Vegetable Seeds Oil Processing Machine in Africa
Flaxseed Oil is the fatty liquid byproduct from the seeds of the flax plant.  Flax has been cultivated and used for medicinal and
healing purposes for over 13 centuries, but mostly as ground powder.  Now, Flaxseed Oil is gaining traction as a healthy source
of nutrients as it contains around 55% Omega-3 fatty acids.  The "3" refers to three fatty acids that make up this chain:  
alpha-linolenic (ALA), eiscosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA).  The body converts ALA into more bioavailable
EPA and DHA.  Flaxseed is the most potent source of ALA in the Western diet.  Flaxseed Oil is sometimes called linseed oil.  
While they both come from the flax plant, Flaxseed Oil is the term for flax that is meant for consumption and linseed oil is
processed for industrial uses.

Flaxseed Oil is becoming more popular for its topical applications for skin, hair and nails.  Of course, these areas benefit when
Flaxseed Oil is consumed too, but are highly effective when applied directly to the body.  When applied to dry, itchy skin,
sunburned skin Flaxseed Oil offers soothing relief.  Acne prone skin also benefits from Flaxseed Oil because it helps
regulate sebum oil production and clears out clogged pores.  Similarly, Flaxseed Oil supports hair rejuvenation by
stimulating hair growth and treating dry scalp, and strengthens brittle, cracked nails as well.  It is known to add a
beautiful glow to skin, gloss to hair and sheen to nails.
