(1) Pretreatment system
Pretreatment and prepressing section is a very important section before extraction. It will directly affect extraction effect. The rice bran, which is a by-product of the milled rice plant, is separated into the pretreatment workshop firstly. These raw material is cleaned to remove impurities, magnetic separator is used to select iron, puffing machine is used for puffing, the expanded rice bran is high water content, and it needs to be lifted to the flat dryer to be dried and then transported to the leaching workshop by the conveyor.

(2) Leaching and peparate system
The expanded rice bran enters the leaching workshop, first enters the sealed screw conveyor and puffs into the leaching device, is placed in different of the loop extractor, and is subjected to countercurrent leaching. After leaching, the concentration of the mixed oil leached in the six cycles is gradually reduced, and finally leached by the pure solvent. At this time, the rice bran oil in the rice bran has been extracted, and becomes meal, meals will be dripped after dried. The mixed liquid of the puffed in the leaching device is called the mixed oil, and the mixed oil is sent to the mixed oil temporary storage tank through the mixed oil pump, and then passes through the first evaporator, the second evaporator and the DTDC. After the evaporation of the tray, the solvent in the mixed oil is basically evaporated, and the remaining is the rice bran oil, which is transferred to the oil tank by the oil pump.

(3) Refining process
The oil from the leaching workshop is pumped into the filter to remove residual impurities. After heating, it is sent to the acid refining mixer, and fully mixed with the phosphoric acid and water input from the acid dosing pump to make the gel in the oil. The mixture is sent to a degumming centrifuge to separate the oil feet, and the oil is pumped into the alkali
Refining mixer to neutralize a certain concentration of alkali liquor for neutralization reaction, so that the free fatty acid in the oil is separated, and then enters the degumming centrifuge. At the same time, the separated oil is washed with a light alkali and a water to remove the residual soap in the washing oil, and then separated and dried by a centrifuge to obtain an alkali refining oil. The alkali refining oil is sent to a decolorizing tower and mixed with a correctly quantitative decolorized white clay at a certain temperature. After the decolorization treatment of the time and the degree of vacuum, the clay which adsorbs the colored substances and other impurities in the oil is filtered and separated by a filter. The obtained decolorized oil is heated and degassed, then sent to a deodorization tower, the oil is further heated to a deodorization temperature in a deodorization tower, and deodorized by steam stripping under high vacuum, then cooled the deodorized oil. The deodorized material that the steam is steamed to capture again is commonly called black foot, which is the raw material for extracting vitamin E. The deodorized oil is cooled and crystallized, filtered to remove the rice bran wax, and further cooled and crystallized, and then filtered to remove the high melting point solid fat in the rice bran oil to obtain the final first grade oil product.

Decolorization adopts technology of combining premixing and steam mixing bleaching, which improves bleaching efficiency, saves consumption of bleaching clay, and it's simple and convenient to operate; And negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil, thereby ensuring oil product quality, inhibiting acid value to rise again, and lowering peroxide value.
3. Deodorization adopts new type continuous deodorization equipment which is applicable for deacidification and deodorization of plant oil with high acid value and low-resin content, the actual production proves its most obvious advantages are strong deacidification ability, excellent hot bleaching effect, high refining rate, good oil quality and so on.
4. The rice bran oil expeller machine process has multiple heat exchange, which makes full use of the heat energy system, effectively reduces steam consumption, and also has the advantages of adjustable production process, flexible operation, high automatic degree, environment sanitation and so on.
