.2.1 Cleaning
and stones removal
Utilize different particle size,adopt high efficiency vibration cleaning sieve to remove big and small impurities from soybean, then utilize the different suspension velocity between stones and soybeans and use specific gravity stoner to separate heavy stones from soybeans, with good cleaning and selection effect.Adopt magnetic selector to separate magnetic metal impurities from soybeans.
Crushing
machine
Tooth roller crushing machine is comprised of one pair of husking roller with tooth socket, when materials enter the space between tooth and roller through feeding roller, due to the combined action of velocity difference and constant pressure on two rollers, make soybeans suffer shear and extrusion, and divided into 6-8 pieces, this machine adopts high strength alloy steel roller, with features of long working life, good wear-proof effect, convenient maintenance, cheap accessories.
Cooking
Adopt layer steam cooker,the maximum distance between stirring wings on each layer and the bottom of steam cooker is 5mm,avoid stirring unequally,complete steam cooker is sealed, to keep the space upper flakes have maximum moisture,make flakes be steamed and uniform.
Oil Pressing
Adopt matured special soybean oil pressing machine, residual oil in pressing cake is low, the most important feature is once pressing,the quality of pressing cake is good, low energy consumption, small covering area.
Filtration
Adopt oil clarification tank with function of automatic discharging oil residue,avoid manual cleaning screen clothes, working efficiency is high, filtered oil residue goes back for pressing automatically,this section also configurates clarification slag salvaging machine, make sure the least oil residue in crude oil,and ensure later degumming section effect.
Conveying equipment

4. 0 Process Description
4.1
Degumming, Alkali Refining, and Water Washing Section
Adopt batch-type refining technology. Add phosphoric acid to transform nonhydratable phospholipids into hydratable phospholipids. Simultaneously,
complex with numerous iron ions dissolved in oil during the high FFA production process. Add caustic soda lye to neutralize free fatty acid, generating soap-stock and absorbing impurities in oil. Add hot water for washing, discharge and recycle soap-stock, then temporarily store it in the soap-stock tank.
Vacuum Dehydration and Adsorption Bleaching
Section
Combine vacuum dehydration and adsorption bleaching into one decolorization tank. The heating medium is steam or heat conduction oil. Under vacuum conditions, complete dehydration and bleaching, reduce the temperature, and pump the oil into a vibration filter to separate waste bleaching clay from clear oil.
4.3 Vacuum Deodorization Section
Our cutting-edge Vacuum Deodorization section utilizes top-tier stainless steel equipment and employs heat conduction oil as the heating medium. By escalating the temperature to an impressive 240-260°C, and maintaining the necessary high temperature and vacuum conditions, this section effectively removes free fatty acids and undesirable off-flavors, ensuring the purest quality soybean oil.
