Measuring and cleaning
The proposal of measuring is to control the capacity of the plant. Cleaning is very import for the preparation. Larger materials may wedge between the internal components of the equipment causing material build-up, which can cause corrosion and shorten the life of the equipment and reduce its designed efficiency. More important, grain dust and material build-up presents a hazard for fire. It may require screening to remove large materials, magnets to remove tramp metals, an aspirator to remove the dust load associated with whole beans.

Toothed roll crushing
Toothed roll crushing machine works on the principle that the material flows into the upper and lower toothed rolls evenly through the feeding device. After the change of the speed ratio of each pair of toothed rolls and the adjustment of the spacing, can reduce the load of the toothed roll and the wear degree, increase the service life of the toothed rolls to achieve the best result.

 
Softening
Softening is a process that adjust the moisture and temperature of soya, to provide favorable conditions for subsequent processing. 


Soybean Flaking
In the process of flaking, the cell wall of the soybean is damaged under the action of squeezing and rubbing, releasing the oil which is contained in the cell and pressing it into thin slices to shorten the oil flowing path to take the oil out easily during extraction.
Soybean flakes drying
This process usually adopt plate dryer, to dehydrate of the soybean flakes that creat suitable condition for solvent extraction, and this kind pf dryer can maxmum keep the integrity of soybean flakes.

Material enters the buffer bin on the extractor firstly,the buffer bin is equipped with automatic material level control system, use variable frequency feeding screw conveyor to feed materials into extractor quantitatively .The materials run a circle from feed inlet to outlet in extractor, and spray with miscella with descending concentration between inlet and outlet, before entering drain section, spray with fresh solvent again, at last the wet meal discharges from the bottom of extractor, enters wet meal scraper. Concentrated miscella is pumped to cyclone hydraulic separator by pump to remove meal powder, then enter the miscella tank to further remove the impurities.

DTC desolventizing toasting
The wet meal discharged from the bottom of extractor is conveyed into upper part of the pre-desolventizing layer of DTC with scraper, heating with indirect steam, make part of solvent evaporate, meal temperature rises; pre-desolventized meal falls into desolventizing layer, utilize secondary steam from desolventizing layer to remove the solvent from the meal, later meal falls into desolventizing layer, feed direct steam, the steam is injected into meal from small holes at  the bottom for steam distillation of solvent in meal,to remove the solvent,part of steam condenses in the meal, play a role in destroying active enzyme in the meal;the desolventized meal falls to the bottom of drying layer by discharge valve for drying, the dried meal is cooled in the cold air layer and then discharged by scraper and sent to the meal warehouse by the horizontal scraper. 

Evaporating and Stripping
The miscella through the cyclone hydraulic separator go into the No. 1 evaporator and No. 2 evaporator and then stripping, thus to remove and solvent. And the solvent will be recycle. 

Solvent cooling and water separation section
Uncondensed vapor of the stripping condenser is pumped into the shell pass of No.1 evaporator by vacuum jet pump, uncondensed vapor of the evaporation condenser is pumped into the shell pass of No.1 evaporator by vacuum jet pump, uncondensed vapor of shell pass of No.1 evaporator enters the bottom of energy saver, heat exchange with fresh solvent, the vapor that has not been condensed enters the atmospheric condenser for further condensate. Condensate of evaporation condenser and steam-stripping condenser is pumped to water separation tank.The condensate of the first evaporator, the economizer shell condensate and other condensers flows into the water separator, and after the water is separated, the solvent enters the solvent turnover library.The fresh solvent pumped to the economizer to heat exchange and enter the extractor for recycling. The wastewater separated by the water separator enters the steaming water tank,after evaporated the residual solvent and discharged into the water sealing tank. 

Huatai extraction Process advantages
  1. Adopt loop extractor and big capacity recycle pump, with advantages of good permeation effect and lower solvent rate in the meal, make sure the residual oil in meal not more than 1.0% under the circumstance of smaller material-solvent ratio. It can improve theconcentration of the miscella, reduce the solvent in the meal,and reduced solvent evaporation greatly.
  2. Use heat exchanger in paraffin recovery process, exchange heat between high temperature paraffin lean oil and low temperature paraffin rich oil, which saves part of heating.  
  3. Adopt superior steam trap to reduce steam consumption in workshop, at the same time, collect all the steam condensate and pump into it to the boiler room for recycling, economize soft water and thermal energy.

Oil Refining Process Description

Oil refining Plant includes neutralization,bleaching, deodorization and vacuum auxiliary sections:

Neutralization section
 mixed with phosphoric acid whose concentration is 85% in oil acid mixer, the addition quantity of phosphoric acid is added at a certain quantity with metering pump according to processing capacity and crude oil quality. After mixing of oil and acid, enter acidification reaction tank to reduce the content of nonhydratable phospholipid,this process can rreduced levels of phospholipids and fatty acids

Bleaching section
Using bleaching clay to remove pigment of oil, to make the oil cleaner and more transparency. 

Deodorization section
Removal of odorous substances by steam distillation under high temperature and high vacuum conditions.


 Huatai Oil Refining Process technical features:
  1. The whole plant adopts waste heat utilization technology. In every section, set energy-saving heat exchanger, finished oil at high temperature to do heat exchanging with bleaching oil, dry oil and crude oil in turn from high to low according to different process temperatures, which can make maximum use of waste heat of deodorization finished oil,reduce steam consumption. All steam condensate water of heating equipment is recycled into hot water tank for reuse.
  2. Drying of water washing oil adopts vacuum drying technology, compare with traditional technology, not only reduce steam consumption, but also prevent oil from contacting air,reduce oil oxygenation efficiency, keep the maximum inherent nutrition value.
  3. When blow bleaching clay,design odor trapping device, use circulating water cooling to catch odor of blowing steam, remove odor pollution in the decolorization process, meet environmental requirement.
  4. Set self-spraying device in waste bleaching clay room, spray cooling water when discharging cake from filter, ensure effective cooling of bleaching clay, avoid spontaneous combustion of bleaching clay, play a role safe production.
  5. The crystallization tank adopts vertical structure internal stirring system,with advantages of long crystallization time, large crystal particles and good dewaxing effect.
  6. The entire workshop is fully automated, and all key control points such as temperature, pressure and liquid level are displayed on the computer and automatically controlled.
