Production description:

The whole production line contains three workshops:
rice bran pretreatment&expansion workshop, rice bran extraction workshop,rice bran oil refining workshop

I. Pretreatment&Expansion Workshop 

Craft flow:

Crude rice bran  → cleaning  →   softening   →  expanding  →   drying →  to extraction workshop

Pretreatment and prepressing section is a very important section before extraction.It will directly affect extraction effect.

Craft features:

1.Create good production enviroment

2.Minimize the total fat loss,increase oil yield and output and improve the quality of oil and cake&meal.

3.Comprehensively utilize impurities and offal.

II. Oil Extraction Workshop 

  Major equipment: rotary multi cell extractor with stainless steel gate or drag chain extractor, D.T.D.C desolventizer-toaster, total negative pressure evaporator, paraffin recovery equipment

Extractor types:

Extraction methods:

Use organic solvent through soaking or spraying contact methods to extract oil from oilseeds.

III. Oil Refining Workshop 

Craft flow:

crude rice bran oil → degumming&dephosphorization → deacidification  → drying → decolorization → deodorization → defatting → dewaxing → finished oil.

Refining methods:

oil refining is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and chemical processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil.
 

Advantages of refining craft:

1. After refining the impurity of oil must be less than 0.2% ;

2.Recycling system save power and money;
