Advanced Biodiesel Machine for Efficient Oil Recycling

Our biodiesel machinery revolutionizes the chemical industry by converting bio-oil into high-quality biodiesel. Suitable for processing plant oil, animal oil, and high acid value waste oil, it offers unparalleled versatility.

This biodiesel equipment set integrates internationally advanced pre-processing, esterification, and distillation processes, fully compliant with EU standards. Our patented technology, patent No. ZL200920089138.8, ensures superior performance. The production process includes the following steps:

1. Preprocessing Section: Bio-oil is heated to 65~70° C to effectively remove impurities.

2. Drying Section: The impurity-free bio-oil is meticulously dehydrated and dried.

3. First Esterification Reaction: Dehydrated bio-oil is mixed with methanol and 3% sulfuric acid. The esterification process takes approximately 1.5~2.5 hours.

4. Second Esterification Reaction: Completing the esterification takes an additional 9~12 hours.

5. Vacuum Drying Section: The second esterification reactants are vacuum dried, reducing moisture content to below 3%.

6. Distillation Section: Under vacuum, the esterification reactants are heated to 220° C. The biodiesel is formed, cooled, and liquefied to produce the final biodiesel.

7. Methanol Fine-Distillation: Post biodiesel isolation, the methanol is distilled, cooled, and recycled.

In the warranty period, all because of the quality of products has caused the damage or failure of equipment, suppliers will take the responsibility for the free repair and replacing spare part.  Due to the damage caused by the customer,we only charge material costs for repair and replacement. After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours,or send specialist  to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours.
