Palm oil fractionation is a new kind of oil processing technology after palm oil refining. It has two big steps: crystallization and separation.Firstly cool oil and precipitate crystals, then separate crystalls from liquid oil to get solid fat and liquid oil.

 

Our palm oil fractionation machine is made up of new type crystallization tank, diaphragm filter and advanced automatic control system,etc.Applying palm oil fractionation technology can get palm oil under different temperatures,such as 8 degree centigrade,10 degree centigrade ,14 degree centigrade , 18 degree centigrade , 24 degree centigrade , 33 degree centigrade , 44 degree centigrade , 55 degree centigrade ,etc.The technology can be used for fractionation of many kinds of oil ,such as cottonseed oil,rice bran oil,fish oil,cow oil and other animal fat.Added value of oil products is improved greatly,and economic benefit of enterprises is increased.
