Small oil refinery is the patent product of Henan Huatai, obtain the national patent certificate, the patent number: ZL 99 252888.7.This is the third generation product that research and development by our company.

The main advantage of small oil refinery machinery:

1, Small oil refinery is intermittent refining equipment, and has all function of large and medium-sized refining plant;
2, Universal all-in-one, transportation convenient, small footprint, less operating personnel, energy saving;
3,Do not need special plant, the whole machine can remove, it is convenient to process at the location of the different raw materials for production .

Main equipment:
Neutralization pot: For acid refining, alkali refining and water washing.
Decolorization pot: Bleach oil and remove pigment.
Deodorization pot: Remove odor of oil(Made of stainless steel).
Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production,the temperature can reach 280ºC.
Vacuum pump: Provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 755mgHg.
Air compressor: Dry decolorized bleaching clay. 
Filter press: Filter bleaching clay.
Steam generator: Provide steam for deodorization & distillation
