This oil refining unit is combined with the complete set of equipment.It has its heat source,electric control,with features of light weight and electricity saving.Only turning on power and connecting water,prepare little coal or firewood,caustic soda,phosphoric acid,Bleaching clay and other materials,the equipment can be operated.
The main equipment:
Refining tank: For acid refining ,alkli refining and water washing;
Decolorization tank:For removing the pigment and Bleaching oil;
Deodorization tank:For removing odor in the oil (Made of stainless steel);
Heat conduction oil furnace:Provide heat energy for production;the highest temperature can reach at 280
0C;
Vacuum pump:Provide vacuum system for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 750mgHg;
Air compressor:Dry bleaching caly after Filtering;
Filter: Filtering bleaching caly;
Steam generator:Provide steam for decolorization and deodorization;
