The high quality extraction process of soybean is usually pretreated by direct extracting, but there are a few cases in which the demand for yield is small. It includes metering and cleaning section, tempering section, crushing and blank pressing section, expanding section, drying and cooling section, etc
 

Soybean Oil pressing for Soybean oil making 

Low noise screw oil press for sinle stage deceleration transmission with simplified the structire of the reduction gearbox and greatly reduced its noise to ≤72dB. In addition, the reduction gearbox is strong and the transmission is stable. 
with the help of external mechanical forces, oil can be squeezed out of the oil by activating oil molecules through increasing the temperature.

Soften soybean before pressing 
This machine is used for adjust the soybean moisture and temperature, improve oilseeds elastoplasticity, so that it has the best conditions for rolling blanks, mainly used for materials with low oil content, low moisture content and high shell content, poor plasticity, and hard texture oilseeds

Flaking Maching of Soybean oil process
The purpose of flaking is to use mechanical action to roll the oil from granular to slices. Rolling the oilseeds is to destroy the cell structure, increase the surface area of the oil, and shorten the flow of oil.

Soybean Oil extracting   

Solvent extraction is a process in which oil is continuously extracted from oil cake by solvent using similar phase solubility principle. Thus can get more oil than only by pressing, it usually used for capacity above 30TPD. Here the following photo is our loop extractor, besides this design, there are also rotocel and tow line extractors, we equipment them based on the capacity requirement.
