Service and Technical Support
Generally, we guarantee all equipments are completely new and unused, and under normal operation conditions the warranty period would be 12 months after installation or 18 months from the date of shipments whichever comes first.
Our equipment would be shipped in containers. Equipments too large for containerized shipment would be covered and protected from sea water damage.
We can send experienced and qualified engineers (electrical engineer and mechanical engineer) to the Buyer's site for supervision of equipment installation and commissioning. And after the plant had been successfully commissioned, our engineer will stay to train the buyer's plant personnel in process operations and equipment maintenance by buyer's request.
Corn Germ Extraction Line
Complete set of corn/maize flour milling and corn germ extraction processing line enables finished super fine 40-200 mesh corn/maize flour and high capacity extraction of corn germ. The corn germ provides raw materials for alcohol processing.

New method of corn bran processing, germ extraction and polishing. The advanced corn processing is featured by clean corn bran processing and degerm, high capacity of corn kernel and germ, low cost of manual and power consumption, high profit etc.
Unique maize flour suspended cleaning process. The special equipment of corn bran absorption machine separates deterioration corn, micro corn bran or impurities clearly from corn grits during corn cleaning, peeling, corn grit milling and polishing. The maize flour is obtained with high purity, no loss of fine corn grits, and no effect of finished production.
