Detail Flow Chart of Crude Palm Oil Production Line:
1. Palm Bunches Reception,
Parts of storage material: Measurement fresh palm bunch during into factory. After measuring, loading palm bunch to slope, and storage.
After picking the FFB from the trees, the FFB will be tranported to the factory by truck, the truck will be weighted through weight balance in the factory in order to caculated the production cost.
Then the FFB will through loading ramp to get screened to remove the impurities, after this, the FFB will transported to the sterilizing tank for cooking.
From the pick to sterilization, the time shall not over 24 hours, or the free fatty acid(FFA) will rise which is not good for the following production.
2. Sterizaliton Section:
The EFB get digested in the sterilizing tank by high temperature and pressure. It can soften the fruits, increase the moisture content, and makes the fruits separate from the EFB easily. Also it can prevent the rising of the FFA.
3. Threshing Section:
The FFB are softened in the sterilization swxtion, so here we can use the thresher to separe the palm fruits and EFB. The EFB can be transported to used as fertiliser, biomass fuel or other functions.
4. Crashing and Pressing:
The palm fruits are getting stirring and crashed in the crasher, then the crushed fruits are getting pressed in the presser to get crude oil.
Then the pressed cake fiber will be crushed then get into the winnowing system to separate the fiber and nucleus.
5. Separation of Shell and Kernal:
After separated from the cake fiber, the nucleus will be crushed into shell and kernal. Then through winnowing system and washing system. The shell and kernal get separated. The shell can be fuel for the boiler, the kernal gets dried for storage.
6. Oil Clarification:
After pressing, the crude oil(CPO) have some water and impurities, through the pretreatment of sand collector and vibrating sieve, the oil can get into the settling tank to be heated and stirring into waste oil and clean oil. The clean oil get dried then transported to crude oil tank, the waste oil needs to through sand collector and centrifuge for receycling.
7. Water Treatment:
The source water can be bring into the factory from nearby river, through the treatment of reverse osmosis to get the water supplying standard for boiler.
8. Power System:
The power is mainly used the steam turbine generating unit, also diesel generating unit.
